Returns/Refunds

Our Guarantee

At Indera Mills we design and manufacture our products to the highest standards to give our customers the confidence that their Indera Mills garment will perform no matter what. We GUARANTEE to consistently maintain the standards of quality and comfort that have been our tradition for over 100 years. If you feel that your Indera Mills garment has not lived up to your expectations within 90 days of purchase, notify us at help@inderamills.com or (800)334-8605.  We will replace your garment free of charge.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept exchanges. 

  • If the item(s) you receive have an issue or defect, notify us at help@inderamills.com or (800)334-8605 and we will replace them for you. 
  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, please follow the directions for refunds or returns below. 

Refunds

If you ordered the wrong size, color, style, or are just unhappy with your purchase, you can follow the directions below to return the item(s). Your refund will be processed once the items are delivered to our facility. 

Returns Process

  1. Print a Return Label, which can be found here.
  2. Pack the item up with the packing ticket that came with your order
  3. Place your item(s) in a secure package and apply the Return Label
  4. It is helpful to obtain the tracking number to be sure of proper return delivery

Does Indera Mills carry extended sizes?

Yes, we carry a wide range of sizes. We have styles that feature a size range from Small to 7/8X-Large. We also carry Tall lengths in multiple sizes. Please visit our Size Charts for Men, Women, and Youth. 

How do I know what size I should order?

Please visit our Size Charts for Men, Women, and Youth.

Can I purchase an Indera Mills gift card?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards in denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100.

Order Questions

Does Indera Mills offer Free Shipping?

We currently offer Free Shipping for orders $45 or more.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can edit or cancel it using the link in your confirmation email. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. By clicking on that information, you are directed to the tracking details. 

Account Questions

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account allows you to store your shipping information for faster checkout. You also will be able to see your order history and track orders.

What if I forget my password?

Click on “Forgot My Password” to receive a password reset email. Follow the directions in that email to create a new account password. 

Does Indera Mills store my Credit Card information?
