Shipping policy
At Indera, we work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a maximum standard processing time of 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Standard Shipping
We currently offer the following standard shipping options within the United States:
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $60 or more
- $6.95 Standard Shipping on orders under $60
Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. We may use another carrier or shipping service when appropriate based on the order, destination, or package requirements.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes an estimated 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that the 2–5 business day estimate refers to carrier transit time and does not include order processing time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier service disruptions, and other circumstances outside of Indera's control may occasionally result in delays.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Indera is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at help@inderamills.com or 1-800-334-8605. We will make every effort to update your information before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
